Where can I find my driver at the airport? |
|
For Domestic Arrivals, your driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it, at your arrival flight’s baggage claim area.
For International Arrivals, your driver will be waiting outside of the customs gate with a sign.
You may also request to have your driver wait curbside at either the departures or arrivals level.
If you do not see your driver please call (212) 247-0711 and we will locate your driver for you. |

How do I locate my driver at the American Airlines Terminals 8 & 9 at JFK? |

| Due to the parking restrictions at Terminals 8 & 9 at JFK, we can not park our vehicle and meet you inside the terminal. However we can pick you up curbside. Call us at (212) 247-0711 as you are exiting the terminal and we inform you where your driver is waiting. |
